David W. Miller, CPA
Mr. Miller is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and has been in public practice since 1977. Dave has considerable experience in taxation, financial reporting, auditing, litigation support and business advisory issues across a wide range of closely held and non-profit businesses. He has regularly taught accounting, taxation, and finance at DeSales University and Muhlenberg College. Dave is the accounting and auditing partner in the firm, with specialty in construction and professional services.
Matthew B. Searles, CPA, PFS, ChFC
Mr. Searles is a graduate of Bentley University and Moravian College. Matt has advanced certifications as CPA, ChFC, and PFS. As our chief strategist, he brings extensive tax planning experience from his years with international accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick. His expertise also includes multi-state taxation; estate, retirement, and financial planning; and bank financing assistance. Matt is managing partner of the firm, and concentrates his attention on the business advisory side of the practice, along with assisting business owners and their management teams with individual and estate tax and financial planning matters.
Christopher T. Wills, CPA
Mr. Wills is an accounting graduate of the University of Maryland, magna cum laude. Chris has over two decades of public accounting experience, including several years of ‘Big 4’ experience with KPMG Peat Marwick. His primary expertise includes individual and corporate tax planning and consulting, and business valuations. Chris is the tax partner in the firm who spends much of his time researching technical tax issues and reviewing business and individual tax returns prepared by MillerSearles staff.
John R. Hannis, EA
Mr. Hannis has over thirty years of public accounting experience, and is an Enrolled Agent. His primary focus is income tax related matters for family owned businesses. He is also experienced with real estate entities and the tangible property regulations, as well as taxpayer representation services before IRS and state tax authorities. John is a graduate of Penn State University, and a member of the National and Pennsylvania Associations of Enrolled Agents.

Anthony R. Searles, CPA
Mr. Searles completed his accounting studies at Bloomsburg University and soon joined the firm. Tony’s focus is tax return preparation for businesses and individuals, financial statement preparation, and tax planning. Tony also manages social media and technology matters for the firm.
Rosalyn Henzler, CPA
Ms. Henzler is a graduate of the University of Michigan. She has over 25 years of public accounting experience in tax compliance for high net-worth families, large and small businesses, and trusts, including multistate and consolidated tax returns and planning. She prepares tax returns and financial statements. Rosalyn is a member of AICPA and PICPA.
Jason M. Frack
Supervising Senior Accountant
Mr. Frack is a tax specialist, experienced with preparation of trust, private foundation, individual, and corporate tax returns. Jason is also experienced with compiled, reviewed, and audited financial statements, as well as business valuations, and various audits. Jason also maintains and updates the firm’s technology hardware systems.
Dean L. Altemose
Supervising Senior Accountant
Mr. Altemose is a graduate of Ursinus College. Dean has fifteen years of public accounting experience including five years of ‘Big 4’ tax accounting experience with KPMG Peat Marwick and Ernst & Young, and another twenty years with closely-held businesses. He prepares financial statements and tax returns for both businesses and individuals.
Christine M. Tobin, CPA
Ms. Tobin is a graduate of DeSales University summa cum laude. She has over fifteen years of public accounting experience with preparation of business and individual tax returns and financial statements as well as year-end tax planning. Already a familiar face at our firm, we are pleased she has joined us at our Allentown office.
Diana J. Frain
Ms. Frain applies her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting to small business, including writeups, compilations, reviews, financial statements, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis. Diana is expert in QuickBooks. She also prepares tax returns, payroll and sales tax, 1099s, and year-end planning.
Robert T. Mansell
Mr. Mansell is a graduate of Spring Garden College. He has over forty years of public and private accounting experience. His primary focus is assisting MillerSearles clients with income tax related matters for both individual and corporate tax clients. With his depth of experience, he is a valuable seasonal employee of the firm.
Luis A. Peña Zamora
Mr. Peña Zamora completed his accounting studies at Berkeley College. He brings many years of client service experience to the firm along with knowledge of franchisee accounting. Luis is pleased to join the accounting team at MillerSearles and is concentrating on tax return preparation for individuals and closely held businesses.
Adam V. Francia
Mr. Francia graduated from Berry College in 2021 with Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Adam applies the knowledge and experiences he obtained at Berry in support of senior accounting staff in numerous areas of financial reporting and taxation. Adam is studying for his CPA license and is excited to be part of the MillerSearles team.
Donna L. Reiss
Ms. Reiss has worked in the Certified Public Accounting environment over fifteen years and has brought her experience and passion for client service along with extensive QuickBooks, A/P, A/R, and bookkeeping knowledge. Donna is extremely detail oriented with rigorous organization and problem solving skills. She directs all office operations.
Jessica L. Johnson
Ms. Johnson is a graduate of Lafayette College. After two decade’s experience in the demanding newspaper environment, she brings her administrative assistance to our partners, staff, and clients. Jessica is very detail oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
